Now here are the rules from the male side.
These are our rules! Please note..

1. Husbands ARE not mind readers. So, don't blame us when you refuse to tell us what you feel!
1. Shopping is NOT a sport. And no, we are never going to think of it that way. We don't want to spend hours shopping with you haggling over a price difference of one cent or kobo .
1. Crying is blackmail. We'll rather you go straight to the point without the drama!
1. Ask for what you want. Let us be clear on this one: Subtle hints do not work! Strong hints do not work! Obvious hints do not work! Just say it!
1. Yes and No are perfectly Acceptable answers to almost every question.
1. Come to us with a problem only If you want help with solving it. That's what we do.
1. A headache that lasts for 17 months is a problem. See a doctor.
1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument. In fact, all comments become null and void after 7 Days.
1. If you think you're fat, you probably are. Don't ask us.
1. If something we said can be interpreted in two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one .
1. You can either ask us to do something Or tell us how you want it done. Not both. If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.
1. Whenever possible , Please say whatever you have to say during commercials. Don't spoil our fun when we are watching our sports!
1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings. Peach, for example, is a fruit, not! A color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.
1. If we ask what is wrong and you say "nothing," We will act like nothing's wrong. We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.
1. If you ask a question you don't want an answer to, Expect an answer you don't want to hear.
1. Don't ask us what we're thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as football, cars, bikes or games.
1. You have enough clothes.
1. You have too many shoes.
1. You are in shape... Round IS a shape!

Sweetie pie, the reason why this miraculous thing happens is because, honey, I love you spontaneously, and as I stand horizontally parallel to the wall and vertically perpendicular to the ground now, I only think of you, since you are a fantastic and fabulous girl put together as FANTABULOUS. Toyin, darling, please stop haranguing with the feelings in my heart because I love you more than a snake loves rat.
To me each day, I start by dreaming of you. Each time I see you, my metabolism suddenly halts and my peristalsis goes in reverse gear. My medula oblangata also ceases to function. Crazy crazy crazy you may say but this is true. If only you knew what is going on in my encephalopathic membrane, you will shake like Shakespeare. Many people have been wondering what could be the cause of the incessant tyre burst accidents on Nigerian roads. The major cause is that we put too much pressure in our tyres. How did I know?
I was preparing for a journey, I changed some of my tyres and I asked the vulcanizer that 'what is the recommended tyre pressure?' He said 50. I said alright, he should inflate it to 50 all round.
When I got to where I was going, I was discussing with some people on the issue of the minister that died on the road due to a burst tyre and wonder what could have happened because nobody could imagine a minister would be travelling with expired tyres as many would think is the major cause of tyre bursts.
A man (lived in US for many years) said that the major cause of tyre burst in Nigeria is that we put too much pressure in our tyres and that each car has recommended tyre size and pressure clearly written on it by the manufacturer.
*I was surprised and begged him to come and show me where it's written on my car. To my greatest surprise, it's by the drivers door which I enter everyday without noticing it.*

Many people have been wondering what could be the cause of the incessant tyre burst accidents on Nigerian roads. The major cause is that we put too much pressure in our tyres. How did I know?
I was preparing for a journey, I changed some of my tyres and I asked the vulcanizer that 'what is the recommended tyre pressure?' He said 50. I said alright, he should inflate it to 50 all round.
When I got to where I was going, I was discussing with some people on the issue of the minister that died on the road due to a burst tyre and wonder what could have happened because nobody could imagine a minister would be travelling with expired tyres as many would think is the major cause of tyre bursts.

The package also includes a new official car and a utility vehicle every four years; one personal aide; a cook, chauffeurs and security guards for the governor at a sum not exceeding N5 million per month and N2.5 million for his deputy governor.
In Rivers, the law provides 100 percent of annual basic salaries for the ex-governor and deputy, one residential house for the former governor “anywhere of his choice in Nigeria”; one residential house anywhere in Rivers for the deputy, three cars for the ex-governor every four years and two cars for the deputy every four years.
It is alledged that in Lagos, a former governor will get two houses, one in Lagos and another in Abuja, estimated at N500 million in Lagos and N700 million in Abuja. He also receives six new cars to be replaced every three years; a furniture allowance of 300 percent of annual salary to be paid every two years, and a N30 million pension annually for life.
This is the reality for all the 21 ex govenors and deputy governors who are currently serving as senators. This same is also true of ex governors who are now serving as Ministers.
NOW I ASK:
How many years did these guys serve their states as governors and deputy governors? Is it more than 8years? Is that a reason to be entitled to pensions for life? Even if they are entitled to pension for life, must it be so outrageous?
As if that is not enough: HOW on earth can any public servant with conscience collect salaries and allowances as a senator or minister, and still have the audacity to claim pensions equivalent to the salaries of a serving governor in Nigeria?

Once you are elected a senator or appointed a minister, you must forfeit any pension accruing to you from government at any level until you vacate office. This should also apply to senators collecting military pensions like former Senate President David Mark.
Yet these senators are in the Senate that is inviting the current finance minister to discuss the recession of Nigeria's economy. A senator pockets approximately 30 million naira monthly as salary and allowances. Our "honourables" are not interested to make laws that could restructure our country into economically autonomous federating States/Regions to save the country from sectional agitations that is threatening to destroy Nigeria.The sad and hopeless situation is that the rest of Nigerians are busy arguing based on party, ethnic and affiliations while these enemies of state continue to rape us.
Do you know that it costs tax payers 290m Naira yearly to maintain each member of our National Assembly in a country where nothing works & 80% of population earn below 300 Naira a day ? A working day earning of a senator is more than a yearly income of a doctor; it's more than the salary of 42 Army generals or 48 professors or 70 commissioners of police or more than twice the pay of the US President or 9times the salary of US congressmen.
Please say NO to looting of Nigeria in the name of democracy by sending this text to at least 5 others.

Needle can save a patient’s life in case of stroke. This advice was given by Chinese professor who says that you always should have a needle in your house.
This is amazing and unconventional way to rescue a man from a stroke. Take a time to read this article, because you never know if someone’s life may depend on you.
When someone get a stroke, the capillaries of the brain gradually tears. It requires rest and emergency first aid. These tips will help to save live to someone!
Be calm. Regardless of where the victim is do not move, because if you move the patient, the capillaries will burst and it will cause bleeding in the brain! If you have a syringe, it would be best; otherwise the regular needle for sewing will be ok.
1. Hold the needle – over the fire, a lighter or candle to sterilize and then use it for pricking the tops of all 10 fingers.
2. No specific acupuncture is need; it should only be a few millimeters from the nail.

Have you ever noticed girls who set their handbags on public toilet floors, then go directly to their dining tables and set it on the table? Happens a lot!
It's not always the 'restaurant food' that causes stomach distress. Sometimes 'what you don't know will hurt you!'

Mom got so upset when guests came in the door and plopped their handbags down on the counter where she was cooking or setting up food. She always said that handbags are really dirty, because of where they have been.
It's something just about every woman carries with them. While we may know what's inside our handbags, do you have any idea what's on the outside?
Women carry handbags everywhere; from the office to public toilets to the floor of the car. Most women won't be caught without their handbags, but did you ever stop to think about where your handbag goes during the day?
'I drive a school bus, so my handbag has been on the floor of the bus a lot,' says one woman. 'On The floor of my car and in toilets.'
'I put my handbag in grocery shopping carts and on the floor of the toilet,' says another woman, 'and of course in my home which should be clean.'
We decided to find out if handbags harbour a lot of bacteria. We learned how to test them at Nelson Laboratories in Salt Lake, and then we set out to test the average woman's handbag.
Most women told us they didn't stop to think about what was on the bottom of their handbag. Most said at home they usually set their handbags on top of kitchen tables and counters where food is prepared.. Most of the ladies we talked to told us they wouldn't be surprised if their handbags were at least a little bit dirty.
It turns out handbags are so surprisingly dirty, even the microbiologist who tested them was shocked.
Microbiologist Amy Karen of Nelson Labs says nearly all of the handbags tested were not only high in bacteria, but high in harmful kinds of bacteria.
Pseudomonas can cause eye infections; staphylococcus aurous can cause serious skin infections and salmonella and e-coli found on the handbags could make people very sick.
In one sampling, four of five handbags tested positive for salmonella, and that's not the worst of it. 'There is faecal contamination on the handbags' says Amy. Leather or vinyl handbags tended to be cleaner than cloth handbags, and lifestyle seemed to play a role.
People with kids tended to have dirtier handbags than those without, with one exception.
The handbag of one single woman who frequented nightclubs had one of the worst contaminations of all.
'Some type of faeces or possibly vomit,' says Amy.
So the moral of this story is that your handbag won't kill you, but it does have the potential to make you very sick if you keep it on places where you eat. Use hooks to hang your handbag at home and in toilets, and don't put it on your desk, a restaurant table, or on your kitchen countertop.
Experts say you should think of your handbag the same way you would a pair of shoes.
'If you think about putting a pair of shoes on your countertops, that's the same thing you're doing when you put your handbag on the countertops.'
Your handbag has gone where individuals before you have walked, sat, sneezed, coughed, spat, urinated, emptied bowels, etc!

Family Politics

1. In the lifetime of most Nigerian family settings, there are 3 Dispensations of Power.
2. The 1st is the first 25 years in the life of the family (father, mother, children) where power indisputably rest with the father.
3. The 2nd is after the kids have grown & started working when the power shifts to the mother.
4. The 3rd is when the kids move out of the family house or start their own families when the power moves to the children.
6. We'll start from the 1st Dispensation. Total dominance of the father. He is the Lion of the Tribe of his House. The boss.
7. During this dispensation, the father rules with an iron fist. He barks orders & determines what does or does not happen.
8. The father often mettes out corporal punishment to the recalcitrant children. They grow to fear him more than they love him.
10. The father is the provider for the family & everyone is aware of that fact with all attendant consequences.
11. Then the 2nd Dispensation sets in. The children have finished school and have started working. Power shifts to the mother.
12. When the children start earning their own money, for some reason, it's their mothers they decide to look after. They are closer to her.
13. While the father was in charge, he was busy with the business of providing. He didn't have much time to be a friend to the children.
14. They spent more time with their mum and invariably grew closer to her. They also see their mum as co-victims of the father's tyranny.
15. The mother takes centre stage at this point. She is the first to know what's happening with the children & she has advantage.
16. Should any of the daughters give birth, she is the one that goes for babysitting and the children spoil her with gifts.
17. At this stage, the father is wishing for some bond with the children like they have with their mother but that boat has sailed.
18. Because the mother doesn't rely much on the father for her needs at this stage, she is less likely to tolerate his lordship. Friction.
19. Then the 3rd and last dispensation. Power has shifted to the children. They are self-sufficient, live on their own & have own families.

11. Then the 2nd Dispensation sets in. The children have finished school and have started working. Power shifts to the mother.
12. When the children start earning their own money, for some reason, it's their mothers they decide to look after. They are closer to her.
13. While the father was in charge, he was busy with the business of providing. He didn't have much time to be a friend to the children.

The Nigerian who Decorates White House n Michelle Obama
Duro Olowu is a Nigerian-born fashion designer and he has been enlisted by the First Lady of The United States of America, Michelle Obama, to decorate the white house in preparation for the 2015 Christmas celebrations.
According to Ventures Africa, Olowu, along with other fashion designers such as Caroline Herrera, Humberto Leon, Carol Lim and Kenzo, was brought into the White House’s China Room, Vermeil Room, and library for the holiday season. The report reveals that Olowu decorated the Vermeil room using two 8-foot Christmas trees draped with vintage fabrics, ribbons and encrusted tinsel.
Olowu was born to a Nigerian father and Jamaican mother. He was raised in Lagos and spent his childhood travelling between Nigeria and various European cities.
His designs have earned him customers such as Michelle Obama, Uma Thurman, Keira Knightley, and Linda Evangelista.

Recall that there has been reports circulating in the media that Genevieve Nnaji was left heartbroken in Milan after her Igbo fiance reportedly cancelled their private wedding at the last minute.
The pretty Nollywood single mother was reported to have sparked off a secret romance with Ugochukwu Udezue, a wealthy NBA basketball agent based in Denver, Colorado last year. Her lover reportedly proposed to her around the time she was seen flaunting a huge engagement ring on her official Instagram page.
However the romance between the couple was said to have gone sour when her lover, Udezue, cancelled their wedding at the last minute and returned to Amsterdam, dumping the actress and her guests.
Reports has it that the groom dumped Genevieve because she asked for him to keep the wedding ceremony secret.
While Genevieve is yet to comment on the rumour of the botched wedding, Nigerians have already began to hail Udezue for dumping the actress for trying to hide the ceremony from the public glare.

Consider These Health Facts
The size of the bladder is 40 - 60 cl. A bottle of coke is 50cl. As the bladder stores more urine it can enlarge up to 300cl. An overfilled bladder may leak and this leads to wetting / urinary incontinence. Also the volume may put pressure on the kidney and may lead to kidney damage.

Foods that are rich in zinc are also good for men. We recommend pumpkin seeds (ugbogulu).
Zinc is about the most essential element for male sexuality and fertility.
Men need more zinc than women. Every time a man ejaculates he loses 15mg of zinc. Zinc is also important for alcohol metabolism. Your liver needs zinc to metabolize alcohol.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
As men begin to have urinary symptoms associated with prostate enlargement, it is important they look at alcohol consumption. More fluid in means more fluid out.

EXERCISE

SMOKING
Avoid smoking. It affects blood vessels and impact circulation around the groin.

REGULAR SEX IS GOOD FOR THE PROSTRATE

"Husband does not mean the male partner in a marriage, husband means master. The reason for most problems in Christian marriages is the fact that women refute God’s definition of marriage and form theirs. They believe they are equal partners.
If most women had their fathers bold enough to talk to them, they will be very successful in their marriage and they will be very happy people. Most women have never been taught by their parents, their fathers particularly and that’s their biggest problem because they don’t know who a man is, they think he is another woman.
In marriage, you have the man who is the head of that union and because he’s the head of that union, its important to understand him. You think he’s the one that needs to understand his wife and that is where you are wrong. He will eventually but you have to know the type of man you are married to and his needs.
When you say you are marrying a man, you are coming under his authority. The Bible says, the man is the head of the woman (1 Corinthians 11:3) so when you marry him you come under his authority, you are not authority sharers even though you are both heirs to the kingdom of God.
When you decide not to subject yourself to that authority, you are a rebel and God is not going to accept what you are doing because you are not functioning correctly. Why did God make the woman?
Making woman was not God’s original plan because after God created Adam and before He made Eve, He said in Genesis 1:31 “Then God looked over all he had made, and he saw that it was very good”. God made woman because of man so woman was not His original idea. This is reality.
Genesis 2:18a “And the Lord God said “for it is not good for a man to be alone..” The Bible didn’t say “lonely” but “alone”. There is a big difference. Man wasn’t lonely but alone. Genesis 2:18b “…I will make him an help meet”. He didn’t say a partner or a supervisor or a special advisor or someone to tell him what to do.
I will make him someone to help him. God gave man a responsibility so woman was made to help man achieve that responsibility. If this is understood in every home then you won’t have problems.
I tell people that you don’t need a marriage seminar, you need the Word Seminar. Let me tell you, no husband wants another mother, he has had one all his life. He doesn’t want an older sister, he probably had one.
Your secret is in obedience, your secret is in listening to your husband, your secret is in doing the things that please him. When you don’t do the things that please him, you take the role of a mother or of an older sister.
A man loves the one he serves (God) and the one that serves him (a good wife). He fights the one that wants to be at the same level with him (a rebellious wife).
To be happy in your family and home is the easiest thing in the world, just take your role. Take your place. That place that God gave you is a beautiful place. Its a place of peace. Its a place of love. It’s a place of excellence.

Manchester Derby
Manchester United seemed not ready for the tie. For a Jose Mourinho team, United were surprisingly off pace.i) They were static in every area of the pitch: the Iheanacho header that led to the first goal, and the positioning of the defenders for the second goal is a result of flat-footed defending. There were also little or no off-the-ball runs in attack.ii) United were second best at first AND second balls. Man City looked sharper and more alert almost all afternoon.iii) United made too many mistakes all over the pitch: misplaced passes in defence and attack, standing off players in midfield. Simply put, they handed City the keys of Old Trafford!
City lived a charmed life. As dominant as City were in the first half, the game could have ended up a high-score draw. The last five minutes saw Zlatan blow two gilt-edged chances. As romantic as the idea of a “ball-playing” goalkeeper sounds (and he did set up one of the goals with his distribution) Claudio Bravo needs to learn when to ‘play ball’ and when to simply hoof it!
And the charmed-City-life was magnified by the penalty not given. That tackle on Rooney is a red card and a penalty all day. Including Sundays. A studs-up tackle like that by an outfield player will not be forgiven, but Bravo received a get-out-of-jail card from Mark Clattenburg. A ball-playing keeper should get the same punishment given to ball players. Simple.
Eric Bailly, Kevin de Bruyne and Kelechi Iheanancho were the only stand-outs in a game that has been hyped all week. Compared to the old derbies, this game delivered little.Maybe the managers did not want to carry-over the feistiness of the La Liga days. But whatever they said to their players dampened the game, and almost took the derby atmosphere out of it…until late on.
Guardiola and City are worthy winners of the first in another era of Manchester derbies. The second meeting promises to be a lot more interesting, no matter where both teams sit on the table at the time of meeting. Until then, expect Mourinho and United to react furiously in their next game.

Amancio Ortega, founder of Zara, has become the richest man in the world.
Ortega on Wednesday leapfrogged Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, to assume the title, according to Forbes.
The personal fortune of the shrewd Spaniard was boosted by $1.7 billion as shares of Inditex, parent company to Zara, Massimo Dutti and Pull&Bear, rose by 2.5%.
Following the spike, Ortega’s net worth rose from $77.8 billion to $79.5 billion while Gates is worth an estimated $78.5 billion.
Alongside Rosalia Mera, his former wife, Ortega started his own business in 1974 with less than $100, making lingerie, pajamas and nightgowns in their living room.
Ortega took the business public in 2001 and entered the Forbes billionaires list the same year, with a net worth of $6.6 billion.
At the time, Gates was already the richest man in the world, with a fortune of $58.7 billion.
